US President Donald Trump has warned that funding to countries supporting the resolution of the UN Council refusing to recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital will be stopped.
Earlier this month, President Trump announced that Jerusalem was the capital of Israel in violation of international protests, and said, "Why are they taking millions of dollars from the United States, even after taking billions of dollars from the United States, to vote for us against the UN resolution in the Jerusalem White House?" Trump told the reporters in the news.
"Let us vote against us. That's why we're saving. We are not going to worry about that. "
Chancellor Trumpin has come up with a vote in a UN General Assembly meeting as a referendum on opposition to Jerusalem's recognition as Israel's capital.
The United States' name is not mentioned in the UN resolution. But all the decisions on Jerusalem will be canceled.
US Ambassador Nicky Hale has issued a warning to member states today (Thursday) that President Trump had asked him about what countries voted against the resolution.
