Is America's tough on North Korea?

The country's foreign secretary, Rex Tillersson, has said that the US is a mother to negotiate with North Korea without pre-requisites.
Dillarson's opinion appears to be shifting from the former position of the United States. Before the negotiations, the US had previously demanded that North Korea abandon its weapons.
However, the White House said after a few hours after Dillersen's remarks that the Chancellor Trumpin's view of North Korea was not changed.
North Korea's nuclear weapons programs led to a UN Security Council ban.
In the meantime, Geoffrey Feltman, the UN's high-ranking official for North Korea, told reporters that the North Korean authorities realized that "it was important to stop the war."
Diplomatic relations between the US and North Korea deteriorated North Korea's latest nuclear and missile tests.
This led to the war between US President Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-u.
Speaking at the Atlantic Council policy meeting, Dillarson said, "Only a nuclear weapon can not accept North Korea."
'' We will meet you. Talk. Let's start drawing the map to work together later, "he said.
But he insisted that it should be quiet for a while without any nuclear or missile testing.
In the meantime, Dillarson commented a few days after the White House commented: "North Korea has not acted in a defenseless way for Japan and China to South Korea. It is safe for the whole world. "
