Gujarat polls: Voting is over today

The last phase of the Gujarat Assembly is taking place today (Thursday). The voting for 93 seats in 14 districts in north and south Gujarat is underway.
This election is an important direct link between the Congress and the BJP. The second phase of the election will be decided by the end of 851 in the election.
Today's voting will determine the strength of key candidates, including Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel, Amesh Thakur and Jignesh Mewani.
Mani Block is the most important constituency in the second phase of the election. Because Prime Minister Narendra Modi stood in this constituency and regularly went to the Gujarat Legislative Council.
In the first phase of the 89-seat election, 68 percent of the votes were reported. The issue of reservations for Haridih Patel in the aftermath of the BJP and Congress played a key role in the first phase of the election.
The Gujarat election results will be released on December 18. Patel's community votes are expected to play a key role in the election.
In the last assembly election, the BJP won 115 seats and Congress 61 seats. Haridih Patel supported the Congress in this election.
