In the final report released after a five year investigation into child sexual abuse against children in Australia, over 400 recommendations have been issued.
The state government has exposed evidence of sexual assault in many organizations including churches, schools and sports clubs.
Since 2013, more than 2,500 allegations have been given to the authorities for investigation.
The government commission heard thousands of victims and allegations against 4000 companies.
A 17-point final report, comprising a wide range of plans to be taken into account by lawmakers, was released Friday.
"In Australia, tens of thousands of children have been subjected to sexual harassment and we do not know the exact figure," the report said.
It has also been noted that "the mainstream organizations of society have suffered a serious failure".
The report states that there are generally several allegations against religious teachers and school teachers.
There have been a large number of child abuse cases in Catholic institutions.
